Who Is Bruce Lester?

Who am I you may ask? Or, you might already know me and finally are ready to get going! A short background in me will help you understand why I have the experience and knowledge to get you to your goals better than most.

I have competed in Bodybuilding contests for decades, almost always winning, never lower than 3rd place (2012 NPC Oregon State).

In 2007 I opened my first supplement store Hardcore Supplements, which is still open and thriving in Spokane, Washington.

In 2008 I took over Mocvideo Productions from Mitsuru Okabe, which allowed me to be around all of the top Bodybuilding Pro’s competing in the Olympia every year. I filmed and hung out with everyone from Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf, Jay Cutler, and many many more. This time together allowed to expand my knowledge of training, nutrition, anabolic usage, and more!

In 2011 I opened my first gym in Portland, Oregon called Hardcore Training Studio, which I eventually sold to one of my trainers when I moved to Spokane, Washington. In Spokane I have opened another gym called Hardcore Gym and currently train my in-person clients there. If you’re ever in town, stop by for a killer workout on some great equipment!
